摘要
用热重分析仪(TGA)研究了250-500℃烟气中NO对干法脱硫法反应的影响规律。实验采用分析纯CaO作为脱硫剂与模拟烟气反应。TGA实验结果表明,在250~500℃的范围内,NO对干法脱硫反应有促进作用。并且存在最佳的NO促进脱硫反应进行的温度和浓度范围:最佳温度为300℃,最佳浓度为2.009~3.348g·m^-3对脱硫产物的Fourier变换红外分析(FTIR)和扫描电镜(SEM)分析表明NO是通过增加反应活性位和改变反应途径促进干法脱硫反应的进行。
On the effect of NO on the dry flue gas desulphurization (FGD) reaction at moderate temperatures (250 - 500 ℃) was investigated experimentally using thermogravirnetric analysis (TGA). Analytical grade CaO was used as sorbent in the TGA experiments to react with the simulated flue gas. The experimental results showed that NO enhanced the sorbent conversion rate. The increase was influenced by reaction temperature and NO concentration. The optimum reaction conditions for the effect of NO on the dry FGD reactions occurred at 300℃ and an NO concentration of 2. 009 -3.348g· m^-3. Product analyses by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) showed that NO enhanced the active sites and changed the dry FGD reaction mechanism.
