非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病高胰岛素血症与胆石症的相关性研究

STUDY ON THE CORRELATIONSHIP OF HYPERINSULINEMIA AND GALLSTONE DISEASE IN NON-INSULIN-DEPENDENT DIABETES MELLITUS

对≥６０岁的非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病胆石症与无胆石症患者各４２例作临床对照研究，并对其有关的危险因素进行了相关性分析。其结果表明糖尿病合并胆石症组空腹血清胰岛素水平明显升高（Ｐ＜０．０５），与血清总胆固醇浓度呈正相关，并对其发生的原因进行了讨论。最后作者认为高胰岛素血症可视作非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病胆石形成增高的一个独立危险因素。

We conducted a contrasted study on two groups of 42 non-insulin-dependent diabetic pa-tients,each aged≥60 years either with or without gallstone disease,also,with a correlation analysis of the relevant risk factors. Our results indicated diabetics with gallstone disease had higher fasting serum insulin concentrations(p<0.05)than diabetics without gallstone the insulin level and serum total cholesterol were positively correlated in patients with gall-stone disease,and a brief discussion of mechanism of gallstone formation in diabetes mellitus was presented.Consequently,the authors considered hyperinsulinemia could be taken as an independent risk factor in gallstone formation in these patients.
