摘要
对护理专业价值观的涵义、培养标准及其相关研究进行综述,提示我国护理教育者、管理者应借鉴国外专业价值观教育的理念和方法,培养护理人员良好的职业素质。
It summarized the connotation, standard of cultivation and its related studies of the professional nursing values. And it suggested that Chinese nursing educators, administrators should learn the idea and methods of education for professional nursing values from aboard to cultivate good professional quality of nursing staff.
