摘要
[目的]观察强直性脊柱炎(AS)病人注射益赛普后注射部位的皮肤反应。[方法]对52例AS病人注射过程中和注射后进行随访观察,以发放问卷调查的形式对发生的不良反应进行追踪。[结果]52例共进行1248次注射,其中有13例(25.0%)共81次(8.7%)出现了注射部位皮肤反应(局部红、肿、硬结、痒),其中中度1例,轻度12例。[结论]应用益赛普治疗AS后注射部位皮肤反应较常见,但无需药物治疗,一般可自行缓解。
Objective： To observe the local skin reaction of ankylosing spondylitis （AS） patients after injected etanercept. Method： A total of 52 AS patients were followed up during and after injection, and adverse reaction of all patients were observed by filling out questionnaires. Result： Skin reaction of injection site happened 81 times （about 8.7% ） of 13 patients （25.0%） among totally 1 248 times of injection of 52 cases which manifested as local redness, swelling, sclerosis and itching. Of 12 cases were with slight reaction. Only one case was moderate reaction. Conclusion： Etanercept induced skin reaction of injection site is relative common. Most of them could relieved and no need medication.
