摘要
在液压挖掘机工作装置模态测试的基础上,进行了质量、刚度对固有频率影响的试验灵敏度研究。分析结果表明:在斗杆与铲斗耳板连接处、铲斗耳板及铲斗侧壁等位置处,刚度对结构固有频率影响最为灵敏;在铲斗的耳板、侧壁、斗底和斗杆等位置处,质量对结构固有频率影响最为灵敏。得出了对结构动态优化设计有指导意义的结论,为开展液压挖掘机工作装置的动态优化设计提供了依据。
The experimental sensitivity of work device natural frequency of hydraulic excavator was investigated when mass, stiffness of the structure were respectively changed little on the base of the modal experiment. The experimental results showed that the value of sensitivity changed rapidly when the stiffness of joint between arm and lug of bucket, between lug of bucket and sidewall of bucket were changed respectively, and the value of sensitivity was also changed rapidly when the mass of lug, sidewall and bottom of bucket, arm were modified. Some results with guiding optimize dynamic performance were obtained. The analysis method laid a foundation for carrying out the dynamic optimum design of hydraulic excavator.
