摘要
利用Fluent计算软件,采用非定常滑动网格技术和非结构网格来模拟油气混输泵单个压缩级三维流场,通过对气液两相介质在流道内的流动情况的分析,为改进压缩级的设计提供了依据。试验证明,该方法在油气混输泵的设计中是有效的。
By using software Fluent, sliding mesh technique as well as the rotating-static impeller interaction, a numerical simulation of the 3-D flow of the single stage of the gas-oil multiphase pump by an unsteady calculation was introduced. Reference information for improving the performance of pump and the design of stage could be obtained by analyzing the flow of gas-oil in the channel of pump. Experiments showed this method is available in the design of gas-oil pump.
