摘要
研究了蚕蛹蛋白纤维经阳离子改性处理后,纤维中阳离子基团和改性剂用量的关系,对阳离子改性后蚕蛹蛋白纤维的H2O2漂白特性进行了探讨。结果表明:蚕蛹蛋白纤维经阳离子改性后漂白效果明显提高。改性纤维上的季铵正离子能加快溶液中HO2离子的吸附,在纤维内部进行“定点”漂白,从而提高纤维的漂白效果。
The relationship between cationic groups in cationic pupal protein-viscose filament (PPV) and the dosage of modifying agents was studied, and the bleaching of modified PPV with H2O2 was also discussed. Aider modification, the quaternary ammonium ions could quickly be absorbed by HO2* ions which were the main species to bleach the yellow substance and furthermore, the HO2* ions could be congregated around the Pupal protein owing to its capability to react with the modification agent, that's why the HO2* ions could effectively bleach the yellow substance in Pupal protein fiber, the bleaching performance of the modified PPV was remarkable.
