摘要
针对车身冲压件结构复杂,成形易产生缺陷的特点,运用非线性动态显式有限元方法,采用弹塑性各向同性材料本构模型,提出了基于非线性动态显式分析的冲压件结构设计优化方法。利用MSC-Dytran对某型号轿车的前横梁托架进行冲压过程的计算机模拟,对零件毛坯在冲压成形后的缺陷进行了分析,提出了结构修改方案,最终完成了结构优化设计。结果表明,零件结构修改可以有效避免冲压缺陷产生,并说明用非线性动态显式有限元方法进行冲压过程分析结果的可靠性和基于非线性动态显式分析的冲压件结构设计优化方法的可行性。
The basic theory of non-liner dynamic explicit FEM was presented. Elastic-plastic model and dynamic explicit FEM were implemented in simulation. A method for sheet metal design optimization based on non-liner dynamic explicit FEM was introduced. MSC-Dytran was used to simulate the punch process of front bar bracket of some type of ear, The defect of the original design was analyzed, and then structure was changed and optimized. The simulation results of optimization showed that sheet metal defect could be avoided by forming process changing, and the reliability of simulation result by using non-liner dynamic explicit FEM and the method of design optimization.
