摘要 以高强马氏体不锈钢铸件为例,介绍了利用CA(Computer Aided)精密铸造工艺中原型快速成型技术。试验对比分析了的几种成型材料烧结特性、适用范围,讨论了RP(rapid prototyping)烧结、后处理工艺对熔模和铸件尺寸精度和表面质量的影响。结果表明,适当的材料和工艺控制,可以得到质量良好的结构部件。试制的马氏体不锈钢铸件,尺寸精度可迭CT5-7级,表面粗糙度迭Ra3-13pm。 Taking martensitic stainless steel casting as example, rapid prototyping process of CA (Computer Aided) investment casting technology was introduced. Sintering thermo--characteristics and application of several materials was analyzed. Effects of sintering parameters, post treatment process on dimensional accuracy and surface roughness were discussed. The results showed that high quality cast parts with dimensional accuracy of CT 5-7 and roughness of Ra3-13 m could be acquired by choosing suitable material and controlling RP process.
