摘要 介绍了薄材叠层和粉末烧结激光快速成形技术和精密铸造相结合,快速制作铸件的过程和工艺。探讨了在替代木模、经转移涂料制作铸件、经硅橡胶翻制铸件、精密铸造用蜡模等方面的应用。与传统方法相比,具有速度快、精度高、价格便宜等优点。 Rapid prototyping is a new technology that transforms 3 CAD model into objects rapidly. The process of rapid manufacturing cast parts, which combines laminated object manufacturing(LOM) and selective laser sintering(SLS) with precision casting, is introduced. The application of LOM and SLS in sand casting, transferred coating casting, investment casting are discussed, The method has many advantages such as fast, precise and cheap in comparison with traditional methods,
