摘要
通过分析球壳电子束焊接装卡的特点,巧妙运用真空吸具的优点,设计出一种快速、精确可靠的真空吸具辅助装卡系统,解决了长期以来球壳电子束焊接装卡找正难的问题。
A rapid, accurate and reliable vacuum attaching fixing system is developed by analyzing the characteristic of fixing by welding spherical shell by electron beam and applying the advantages of vacuum attaching instruments, and the problem of alignment is solved.
