摘要
介绍了一类新型光饰机及其基本结构。通过正交试验,对于磨料浆液相对静止而工件振动或振摆的光整加工工艺进行了初步分析,认为这种工艺下工件材料去除主要靠磨粒对工件的冲蚀而完成。这种工艺可达到Ra0.1μm的表面,值得进一步研究。
A new type of polishing equipment is introduced. Irt the polishing process, a work piece is moved in abrasive serosity, and the movement could be vibration or vibration- swing. According to analysis, it is believed the removal of work piece material is caused by the impact of abrasive. The roughness can reach Ra 0. 1 μm, and the process deserves further investigation.
