辽中地区大多数城市是资源型城市,发挥组团效应是这些城市摆脱困境的重要保障。当前,辽中各城市需要采取相关措施,如建构地区政府长效合作机制、实现地区政务信息一体化等,来推动组团效应的发挥。

The cities in central region of LiaoNing province mostly are resourse-oriented cities. Collaborative effect＇ being carried out isimportant basis for clearing off dilemma of these cities. These cities should take measures, such as establishing the long-cooperation mechanism between governments and cooperating on information between governments and so on to strengthen collaborative effect.
