摘要
在高等学校学生管理转型期,教学管理体制面临新的挑战,学分制正经历着一个从产生到不断发展,逐渐完善的过程。依据新的《普通高等学校学生管理规定》,在总结多年的学分制学籍管理经验的基础上,对构建具有本校特色的学生管理转型期学分制学籍管理体系进行了积极的探索。
At the transitional period, student affairs of the universities are being faced with new challenges. The system of credit has undergone a accordance with the newly issued "R process of emergence, development and gradual egulations of University Students", and with the perfection. This thesis, in long-time practice, makes a positive research on the credit administration in general and in particular.
