摘要
河南省要实现中原崛起,需要大批优秀人才。担负着人才培养任务的高校教师的道德状况对人才培养起着直接的、重要的作用。文章针对人才在中原崛起中的作用,结合高校师德建设实际, 进行了认真的思考和探讨。
A large number of qualified talents are needed if Henan wants to rise up to prominence in Central China Area. Teachers, who undertake the task of college students education, their morality plays a significant role in the university. This paper discusses how to strengthen this work in order to promote the provincial rapid development.
