摘要
文章从“打防并举、标本兼治”的反腐败工作方针入手,探讨了职务犯罪的特点、原因和预防职务犯罪的前提。指出预防应从权力的监督和制约开始,通过思想政治教育、法律的手段实现预防。
It is the premise of working to prevent official crimes to know the characteristics and causes of official crime according to the anticorruption working policy of ＂ promoting strike and prevention simultaneously to cure both the sample and the source＂. Prevention should be begun with the supervision, sanction and restraint of power, and come true by the means of ideological political education and laws.
