摘要
文章从文化视角分析了组织支持理论和组织支持感受,并介绍了其内容、概念和作用机制及其影响因素。通过分析东西方文化传统的差异,结合组织支持理论在中国的研究现状,指出在组织支持理论的应用中应结合中国的传统文化,从而达到一种管理上的最佳效果。
This paper analyses the organizational support theory and perceived organization support from the view of culture and introduces their content, concept and action- mechanism. By analyzing the difference of the western and the eastern culture, it points out that the application of the organizational support theory should combine with the traditional culture of China to achieve the best management effect.
