从社会语言学的角度来探查语言的选择问题,通过对比The Guard ian和Daily Express中两篇相同的实事报道的语言运用来分析社会因素对语言选择的影响。
Aiming at finding out the language variations from the sociolinguistics point of view, explores how social factors affect language used in newspaper context by comparing two articles from The Guardian and Daily Express respectively.
