Research on the Issues on Telecom Conversion and the Next Generation Network(Part One)

电信转型促进了下一代网技术的发展。下一代电信网的关键技术是什么,IP网解决了哪些关键技术问题以后,就能作为下一代电信网,这些关键技术问题能不能解决,是否可能在近期得到解决并能用于商用系统,这些都是十分值得重视的问题。详细讨论了下一代电信网面临的技术关键,并得出结论:下一代电信网有能力综合现有全部电信业务,可以提供与传统电信网相同的安全性和服务质量,而且不会因此加大IP网的复杂性。

Telecom conversion accelerates the development of the next generation network. There are several issues we have to pay attention to, e.g. what＇s the key technology of the next generation telecom network; which technologies will enable IP network to be the next generation telecom network; whether these key technologies can be solved; whether they can be solved and used in business system in the near future. This article detailedly discusses the key technologies of the next generation telecom network, and draws a conclusion： the next generation telecom network is able to integrate all the existing telecom services, and its security and QoS are the same as those of traditional telecom network, furthermore it will not increase the complexity of IP network.
