在中国与世界接轨的今天，汉英公示语翻译日益显示出其重要性。本文分析了汉英公示语翻译的现状，并在探讨公示语文本类型的基础上，提出了公示语的交际翻译策略。作者认为翻译公示语时，译者应该熟知公示语的语言特点和功能意义，了解汉英公示语的文化差异，并将译文读者的文化习惯放在首位，才能得出正确的译文。

At present, the Chinese-English translation of public signs is becoming more and more important, After analyzing its present situation, this paper discusses the style of public signs, and puts forward some methods pertaining to the communicative translation strategy. The author thinks that when translating such signs, the translator should be familiar with the functions of the signs as well as their language features, comprehend the cultural differences between English and Chinese signs, The translator should always keep the target language reader in mind, otherwise it will be difficult to hit upon the optimal versions.
