摘要
预存抗HLA抗体对移植器官的功能和存活有不利的影响,静脉注射免疫球蛋白是消除高致敏受者抗HLA抗体的方法之一。本文综述了静脉注射用免疫球蛋白的组成、免疫学机制、与抗HLA抗体的相互作用、以及其在高致敏受者肾移植急性排斥反应中的预防和治疗作用。
