卵巢囊肿蒂扭转临床分析

Clinical analysis of torsion of ovarian cyst

目的:探讨卵巢囊肿蒂扭转的临床特点及处理方案。方法:对38例卵巢囊肿蒂扭转患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:38例患者中,合并妊娠者4例,绝经后妇女9例;1例保守治疗,37例手术治疗。术前明确诊断31例,漏诊6例;25例行患侧附件切除术(其中6例同时行子宫切除术),12例行囊肿剔除术,均无严重手术并发症发生。结论:早期诊断、早期治疗对于保留年轻患者的卵巢功能、减少术后并发症意义重大。

Objective：To evaluate the clinical characteristics and the optimal management of ovarian cyst torsion.Methods：A retrospective analysis of clinical material was made about 38 cases of ovarian cyst torsion. Results：Among the 38 cases,4 cases were in pregnancy and 9 cases were in postmenopausal women.Preop- erative diagnosis accorded with postoperative one in 31 cases.Misdiagnosis were in 6 cases.One case in pregancy accepted conservative therapy,the other 37 cases accepted surgical treatment （25 accepted salpingooophorectomy,6 hysterectomy and 12 accepted cystectomy）.No complications occurred during or after operation.Conclusion：Early diagnosis and early treatment are of great significance for preserving ovarian function in young women and reducing postoperative complications.
