摘要
为确定壶状臂尾轮虫休眠卵的最适形成和最适孵化条件,对不同温度、pH值和光照条件下壶状臂尾轮虫的休眠卵进行了促产和孵化研究,结果表明,外界环境因子的刺激是诱导轮虫两性生殖现象发生的直接原因:pH为7.5时壶状臂尾轮虫的休眠卵产量最大,混交雌体百分率也最高;30℃时休眠卵孵化率最高;光照对壶状臂尾轮虫休眠卵的形成和孵化并无显著影响。
To understand the best formation and incubation condition of resting eggs produced by Brachionus urceus, we studied the formation and incubation of resting eggs on conditions of different light,temperature and the value of pH. Results showed that the incitement of the outer environmental factors are the main reason to induce gamogenesis. The yield of resting eggs is maximum, and the percentage of mix-mating female rotifers is the highest with pH 7.5 ; The hatch ratio of resting eggs is highest at 30 ℃ ; The light shine has no obvious influence on the formation and incubation of resting eggs of Brachionus urceus.
