A Framework of the Model for Knowledge Sharing-Oriented Virtual Communities

首先在分析知识共享影响因素的基础上,指出了虚拟社区是实现知识共享的有效方式之一;然后通过分析虚拟社区的内涵及其组织结构,进一步给出了一种面向知识共享的虚拟社区模型框架,并分析了该模型框架中表示层、应用层和存储层3个层面的组成部件及其功能;最后给出了实现虚拟社区的措施。所给出的虚拟社区模型框架,对于构建虚拟社区和实现有效的知识共享具有借鉴指导意义。

After the factors influencing knowledge sharing were analyzed, it was supposed that virtual communities would be one of the most effective ways to knowledge-sharing. The implications of virtual communities and its organizational structure were described, and a framework of the model /or knowledge sharing-oriented virtual communities was presented. The structures of three levees of the framework, including denotation layer, application one and storage one, and their factions were studied. Several steps were given to realize virtual communities. This framework can give a reference to building virtual communities and sharing knowledge.
