摘要
目的对重组蛋白促黑激素-血管生成素(Melanocyte stimulating hormone-Angiogenin,MSH-Ang)的表达条件、发酵条件和纯化方法进行研究。方法通过化学方法偶联或基因融合表达的方法将靶向物质与毒性分子的蛋白连接起来制备融合蛋白。结果重组蛋白MSH-Ang在表达菌BL21(DE3)中以可溶的形式存在,需要诱导表达条件。结论经过层析和纯化可以提高表达率。
Objective To explore the expression condition, and zymotechnics condition and purification system of recombinant protein. Methods The recombinant toxin MSH-Ang was constructed by chemical couple and gene fusion system. Results Recombination protein exist in E. Coli BL21 in soluble form; an expressive condition was required. Conclusion The expressive rate can be elevated by chromatography and purification.
