鳀鱼腐败气体对大鼠的急性中毒中脑组织NSE、COX-2表达的影响 被引量:7

Effect of Different Concentrations Gas Toxicosis of Acute Anchovy Degeneration on the Expression of NSE, COX-2 in Cerebral Tissue in Rats

摘要 目的:观察鱼腐败气体中毒后大鼠脑组织神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、环氧合酶(COX-2)表达的变化,探讨中毒的分子机制。方法:健康SD大鼠30只,分别吸入不同浓度鱼腐败气体,用免疫组化法测定脑组织NSE、COX-2的表达。结果:对照组脑组织可见极少量NSE阳性细胞,但无COX-2阳性表达。中毒组吸入10min后阳性细胞数开始升高,且随着吸入浓度的增加而增多,各组比较存在显著差别(P<0.01)。结论:急性鱼腐败气体中毒对脑组织的损害可能是通过影响NSE、COX-2的表达而实现的。 Aim: To observe the changes of the expression of NSE, COX-2 in cerebral tissue in rats with gas toxicosis of acute Anchovy degeneration, and to discuss its molecular mechanism. Methods: 30 healthy SD rats were randomly divided into 5 groups, which were forced to inhale different concentrations toxic gas of acute Anchovy degeneration in given time, respectively. Inmmunohistochemical technique was used to investigate the dynamic changes of the expression of NSE and COX-2. Results: Few NSE and no COX-2 positive ceils were shown in cerebral tisstre in rats of control group. After inhaled the toxic gas 10 min, the increased amount of positive cells was detected in the toxicosis groups, and with gas concentration ascending, cells containing NSE and COX-2 increased gradually. There were significant differences among groups (P〈0.01); Conclusion: The damage influencing effect of gas toxicosis of acute Anchovy degeneration on cerebral tissue might be achieved through the expression of NSE and COX-2,
