运动防护牙托在少年儿童中的应用及可替换内衬粘接性能的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的检测内衬材料和防护牙托主体粘结后的抗剪切强度;探讨将重衬法应用于替牙期定制类防护牙托的可行性。方法为22例少年儿童制作了防护牙托,其中8例进行了牙弓模型的局部缓冲。对使用者进行了临床观察,为2例无法就位的牙托进行了重衬。对内衬材料和防护牙托主体粘接面的抗剪切强度进行了测试及耐水试验。结果22例患者中做防护牙托前有牙外伤史的为17例(77.3%)。在不同牙列阶段的使用者牙托的固位效果均良好。在使用过程中,有4例曾遭遇嘴部碰撞,但未造成软、硬组织损伤。防护牙托主体和内衬层粘接面的抗剪切强度较强,在37℃水中浸泡10天、20天、30天的试验组与对照组间的差异无显著性。重衬并不影响防护牙托的耐用性。结论重衬法的应用可以延长替牙期防护牙托的使用寿命,有利于在青少年中的推广使用。 Objective To survey the shear resistance of the bonding interface between the mouthguard and the liner. To investigate the feasibility of relining the custom- made mouthguards for children who had transitional dentition. Methods Custom- made mouthguards were made for 22 children. A longitudinal clinical evaluation were carried through. Two unfitted mouthguards were relined. The shear resistance of the bonding interface between the mouthguard and the liner was measured. Results Seventeen of 22 users ( 77.3 96 ) had previous history of dental trauma. Model preparation with wax were carried out for 8 children whose permanent teeth eruption were uncompleted. Two unfitted mouthguards were relined a half- year later. Almost all mouthguard showed pedect retention whatever in stable dentition and in transitional dentition. In the usage of mouthguard 4 children encountered at least once knock in the maxillofacial ares, but no injury of tooth and soft tissue occurred. The difference of bonding interface's shear resistance between the control group and three experiment groups which steeped in 37℃ water for 10 days, 20 days, and 30 days separately was no significant, Relining had no influence on mouthguard' s durability. Conclusion The method of relining is administer to prolong the service life of mouthguard in transitional dentition. Custom- made mouthguard's popularizing in children will benefit from it.
