Seal&protect^(TM)作为洞衬剂的扫描电镜研究

摘要 目的通过扫描电镜观察Seal&protectTM与洞壁密合情况。方法选正畸需拔除的活髓牙,口腔内备洞,涂布此药后制备标本,扫描电镜观察其与牙釉质、牙本质密合情况。结果釉质组:药物与洞壁结合紧密。牙本质组:药物与洞壁结合紧密,完全封闭牙本质小管口,并能渗入小管达一定深度。结论Seal&protectTM能与牙釉质、牙本质洞壁完全密合,能渗入小管,是良好的洞衬剂。 Objective To evaluate the effect of Seal&Protect^TM used as cavity lining to treat the carious teeth. Methods Chose five fresh teeth which were determined to extract by orthodontist, cavity preparing, varnished the cavity with Seal&Protect^TM before filling. Six months later, pulled out the teeth and prepared. Evaluate the effect of Seal&Protect^TM closed to dental enamel and dentium under electron microscope. Results Dental enamel group showed Seal&Protect^TM was closed up with dental enamel; Dentium group was aLso closed up with dentium, the dentin tube was sealed by it. Conclusion Dentium and dental enamel were densensitized tightly by Seal&Protect^TM, which was a good cavity lining.
