Pharyngeal Measurements and Relative Anatomical Indexes in Healthy Subjects Snorers

通过78例正常人和36例鼾症患者的咽腔测量及解剖关系指数的对照研究,发现咽部解剖关系指数在鼾症病人与正常人之间差异显著,可用作对鼾症患者的病源定位、手术治疗的术式选择、手术切除范围和术后效果评定的参考指标。

Pharyngeal measurements and relative anatomical indexes in 78 healthy subjects and 39 snor-ers were compared and studied. It was found that the pharyngeal relative anatomical indexes were clearly different from snorers to healthy subjects. It can be used as a reference standard for determining pathologicl position of the snorers, selecting method of the operative treatment, defining limits of the operative excision and evaluating postoperative results.
