摘要
于1999-2000年在中国甘肃省采用整群抽样和75g OGTT调查发现，836名裕固族18岁以上人群糖尿病和糖耐量减低患病率分别为0．7％和1.9％，明显低于甘肃省人群相应患病率，而且不与该族饮食习惯、高原环境和性别相关。
The 836 Yugu people aged over 18 years were investigated in cluster sampling and FPG/75 g OGTT examination in Gansu province in 1999-2000. The prevalences of DM and IGT were 0.7% and 1.9% respectively in Yugu people, which are lower than those in the population of Gansu province, and not associated with diet habits, environment of high plateau, and sex.
