灯盏细辛注射液联合尿激酶治疗下肢深静脉血栓

Deng Zhan Xi Xin Infection Combination with Urokinase for the Therapy of Deep Venous Thrombosis

目的:观察灯盏细辛注射液联合尿激酶治疗下肢深静脉血栓的临床疗效。材料与方法:选择确诊的下肢深静脉血栓患者50例行下腔静脉造影,下腔静脉永久滤器植入后,经患肢静脉注射灯盏细辛注射液和小剂量尿激酶顺行溶栓治疗,根据临床症状的改善情况进行疗效分析和随访观察。结果:50例患者治愈12例(24%),显效26例(52%),好转9例(18%),无效3例(6%),总有效率为94%。无肺栓塞及重要脏器出血发生,未发现两种药物联合应用的不良反应。结论:下肢深静脉血栓患者,植入下腔静脉滤器后行灯盏细辛注射液联合小剂量尿激酶溶栓治疗,创伤小,安全,有肯定疗效。

Purpose： To observe the clinical efficacy of deng zhan xi xin injection with urokinase for deep venous thrombosis. Materials and Methods： 50 patiens with deep venous thrombosis were selected for inferior vena eava angiography and filter implantation. Therapy efficacy and follow up observation were carried out after the thrombolysis therapy combining deng zhan xi xin injection with urokinase. Results： Among the 50 cases, there were 12 eases recovery （24%）, 26 eases marked effieacy （52%）, 9 eases improvement （18%）, 3 case no effect （6%）. No pulmonary embolization and organ bleeding happened. No medicine reaction was found. Conclusion： Combination deng zhan xi xin injection with urokinase for deep venous thrombosis after inferior vena filter implantation was mini- invasive, safe and effective.
