摘要
目的:研究数字成像系统、多体位、多角度实时成像技术在静脉肾盂造影(IVP)中的应用价值。材料与方法:使用西门子公司生产的Iconos R200数字化多功能X线诊断系统,对240例病人进行IVP检查时,采用多体位、多角度实时摄影,图像经计算机处理、爱克发(Agfa)激光相机成像,并与随机抽取的240例传统IVP对照比较。结果:数字成像、多体位、多角度实时摄影IVP,肾实质、肾盂肾盏、肾盂输尿管辖接部及输尿管各段显影达标明显高于对照组,分别为73.8%,96.3%,96.3%,93.8%,P>0.01。结论:数字成像、多体位、多角度实时摄影IVP在泌尿系病的显示率明显优于其他IVP方法,值得推广。
Purpose: To explore the value of the technology of digital imaging, multi - position and multi - angle real - time imagint in tile intravenous pyelography (IVP). Results: The developing rate of renal parenchyma, renal pelvis renal calices, connection of renal pelvis and ureter, and every part of ureter by digital imaging, multi - position and multi - angle real - time imaging in IVP is obviously higher than contrast group. The mumber is 73.8%, 96.3%, 96.3% and 93.8%. Conclusion: The developing rate of digital imaging, multi - position and multi - angle real - time imaging in IVP is better than other examine methods of IVP in evidence. It can be spread.
