摘要
通过列举体制转变中医院已经出现并不断加剧的四对矛盾,从医院的属性、激励相容概念、医疗服务特点等不同角度论述了医院的补偿机制、价格结构调整、医患关系的扭曲与重建等问题;提出了适应市场经济体制和医疗保障制度改革医院应当树立的两个观念;优质服务观念、成本效益观念。
The authors list problems faced by hospitals which have appeared and are intensifying for the period of the restrucuring.From the hospital roles,concept of incentive compatibility and medi- cal service,the questions of hospital compensation mechanism,price structure adjustment,strain in medico-patient relationship and its correction are discussed and the concepts of quality service and cost- effectiveness put forward to make hospitals adaptto market economy.
