掺杂Pb^(2+)的纳米二氧化钛对胭脂红的光催化降解性能 被引量:9

PHOTOCATALYTIC ACTIVITY OF NANO - SIZED TiO2 DOPED WITH Pb^(2+) FOR COCHINEALDEGRADATION

摘要 用共沉淀法制备了掺杂铅离子的纳米二氧化钛光催化剂,并用TEM、XRD、DTA、IR等方法对其结构进行了表征,发现掺杂Pb2+的TiO2更易于在较低温度下转化为锐钛矿型的晶体结构,且晶型完整,晶粒分布均匀。研究了掺杂铅离子的二氧化钛光催化剂对胭脂红水溶液的光催化降解性能。结果表明:在200mL质量浓度为6mg/L的胭脂红溶液中加入10mg催化剂时,140min内胭脂红的降解率可达85%以上。 The photocatalysts, nano-sized titanium dioxide doped with Pb2+ were prepared by homogeneous precipitation method. The construction of the photocatalysts were characterized by TEM, XRD, DTA and IR. The results show that the TiO2 doped with Pb2+ can transform to crystal of anatase at lower temperature than pure TiO2. The crystallographic forms of the samples doped with Pb2+ are completeness and the distribution of the particle diameter is even. The photocatalytic activity of the TiO2 doped with Pb2+ for degradation of cochineal in aqueous solution was measured by means of UV-irradiation. It is found that the degradation rate of cochineal can reach 85% in 140 minutes for adding 10 mg photocatalyst in 200 mL cochineal solution, with concentration of cochineal being 6 mg/L.
