加强医院跨世纪学科带头人的选拔和培养 被引量:2

Strengthen the hospital work of selecting and training cross-century leading specialists

摘要 医院在学科建设中,有无好的学科带头人及结构合理的人才梯队极其重要。我院在选拔学科带头人时:①公平竞争,不拘一格选拔人才,在选拔时要有超前意识,克服论资排辈,讲究公平竞争,上下结合识别与选拔人才。②循序渐进,因势利导培育学科带头人,其中发挥老专家的作用,加速知识更新和科研能力培养,开展科技协作。③知才善用,为中青年成才创造条件,对中青年要多给学习机会,要压担子,要从经费上重点支持。 It is utterly important whether there is any leading expert and any reasonable composi- tion of specialist echelon in the construction of various medical department.In selecting leading experts, we observe:(1)the principle of fair competition where candidates are chosen without any set prejudices. the time element of the'future'is always well kept in mind with little reference to seniority.Candidates are decided upon first from the bottom up and finally picked at the top;(2)the principle of step-by-step promotion where leaders are elevated on the basis of individual credit in due course of time.In the pro- cess,the role of older experts are not overlooked.The renewal of knowledge is expedited.The potential of scientific research is developed.The work of scientific efforts is coordinated;(3)the principle of talent scouting where young and middle-aged specialists have full chance of reaching for academic success. They are given more chance to work and study and adequate fund is alloted them.
