中华医学会全国第五次病案管理学术会议论文综述

A summary of the papers of the Fifth National Medical Records Congress of the Chinese Medical Association

我们根据1995年10月在桂林召开的全国第五次病案管理学术会议所收到的672篇论文进行综合评论,认为,本届会议的论文数量多,内容丰富,题材广泛,较以往几届会议的学术论文质量高。论文可分为五类:①高科技的应用;②病案质量的控制;③疾病及手术分类;④病案管理教育;⑤其他。综合众多论文的观点,笔者认为今后病案管理要加强病案的内在质量管理和病案科室本身的服务质量,病案管理的未来是高科技的管理,无纸化病案环境是今后的发展必然之路,因此,今后的病案管理人员教育,病案科室的建设都要考虑今后的发展需要,并做适当的调整。

Based on the 672 papers collected at the 5th National Medical Records Congress held in October,1995 in Guilin,a summary is made.It is considered that the quantity and quality of those papers are much larger and better than what have been presented in the past.all those papers can be put into 5 categories:①high tech applications;②the quality control of medical records;③the elssification of dis- eases and operations;④the medical records control education;and ⑤some others.It is generally a- greedthat medical records management should strengthen the inherent quality of medical records and the services provided by the medical department.In the future,the trends of medical records management will rely on high tech and paperlessness will dominate.The education of medical records personnel and the organization of medical records department should he readjusted to fit the needs of the future.
