不同开填体重朗德鹅产肝性能的比较试验 被引量:9

The comparative assay on production performance of foie gras produced by Landes goose with different initial body weight

摘要 对不同开填体重的朗德鹅产肝性能进行了比较分析。结果发现:4.2 kg体重组的平均肝重最大,为827.50 g,极显著高于3.8 kg、3.0 kg体重组(P<0.01);4.7 kg体重组的肝重明显低于4.2 kg体重组,但没有达到显著水平(P=0.20);相关分析发现开填体重与肝重之间呈极显著的正相关;通过建立回归曲线得出国内朗德鹅12周龄的最佳开填体重为4.5 kg。对肥肝重与腹脂重、皮脂厚等指标进行了相关性分析,发现肝重与腹脂重呈正相关且达到显著水平(P<0.05),说明脂肪组织的脂肪沉积与肝脏的脂肪沉积有密切的关系。 The comparative assay on production performance of foie gras produced by Lande goose with different initial body weight was carfled out. The results showed that there was a significant different (P〈0.01 ) production performance among the groups with initial body weight of 4. 2 kg, 3.8 kg and 3.0 kg respectively; and the mean weight of liver was 827.50 g in the group of 4. 2 kg. The mean weight of liver in the group with initial body weight of 4. 7 kg was lower than that in the group of 4. 2 kg, but there was no significant difference (P = 0. 20). The regression analysis showed a positive relationship (P 〈 0. 01 ) between weight of liver and initial body weight, and the regression function showed that the optimizest initial body weight of Landes goose was 4. 7 kg. This paper also explored the relationship among foie gras production performance, weight of abdomen fat tissue and thick ness of sebum. The results showed a postitive relationship (P 〈 0. 05 ) between the former two, which suggested there existed a close relationship between fat tissue and liver in fat sediment.
