医院后勤实行定额管理的实践 被引量:1

摘要 对后勤实施定额管理,取得了明显效益。其做法:首先对物质进行分类,挑选出与后勤相关物质,运用额定计算法、经验估算法、统计分析法计算出物质的年均消耗额,经核定后再分解到后勤班组;财务科、总务科各设兼职记帐员,对日常消耗品进行登记,每月核对,年终结算。在定额管理中应注意做好统计工作及定额的合理性,严格进行查考,抓好质量控制,承包单位应有人员使用及奖金分配权。 The quota management carried out in hospital service departments has won outstanding results.The first thing to do is to classify materiel into different kind each service department uses.The method of quota calculation,estimation by experience,calculation by statistical analysis and annual aver- age consumption is used.when the quota is finally decided,it is sub-alloted to service groups.The ac- counting department and the general service department have parttime bookkeepers,keeping record of materiel consumption,checking it every month and closing it at the year's end.In the proces,attention must be paid to do the statitical work well and fix the quota reasonably.Strict inspections must be in- stiued and quality control well taken.The contracting parties should have the rights to employ and to pay extra incentive wages.
