地氟烷对脑功能影响的研究 被引量:3

摘要 地氟烷是新型吸入麻醉药,可引起剂量依赖性脑血管阻力降低和脑氧代谢率(CMRO_2)、脑糖代谢率(CMRgle)减少。与其他吸入性麻醉药相似,地氟烷可引起脑血管扩张及颅内压改变。脑自动调节的损害继发于地氟烷引起的血管扩张,对脑电抑制包括爆发性抑制具有剂量相关性。对缺血再灌注脑组织具有保护作用。如果维持适当的过度通气和麻醉深度,可安全应用于颅内顺应性降低的病人。
