摘要
北京医科大学于1991年成立了校住院医师培训委员会,建立了一整套针对住院医师的2阶段为期5年的规范化培训模式。第一阶段为基础知训教育,第二阶段为提高专业知识培训。第一批经过该计划培训的住院医师普遍在外语水平、理论知识和专业技能方面有明显提高。住院医师普遍认为这一培训计划为其提供了机会均等、公平竞争的条件,为住院医师队伍的稳定和成长起到了积极的促进作用。
This article describes a set of standard training model for resident doctors.The model estab- lished in 1991 was derided into two standard steps with five years.The first step was training on basic knowledge,the second was training on professional technology.Up to now,the first batch resident doctors have obviously improved in the capacity of foreign language,theory and technology after the standard train- ing.In general,residents regard it as a chance and basic condition of fair competition.The standard training model takers positive effect on stabling and improving of clinical staff.
