摘要
目前,许多医院的急诊工作状况与医院的规模和功能不相适应,主要存在以下问题:急诊科没有固定医务人员;急诊科医护人员少,工作忙乱;急诊医师急救能力不高;急诊科工作制度不健全。针对上述问题,提出以下改进意见:提高对急诊工作重要性的认识;严格选配医务人员,提高急诊工作能力;严格落实各项规章制度;加强职能科室对急诊工作的领导和协调。
Now,with a certain number of hospitals,the situation of emergency department is unsuit- able with the scale and function of the hospital.The main issues include:without special medical staff;Lack- ing of the doctors and nurses in the emergency department,and the physicians have not excellent technolo- gy of diagnosis and treatment;Without necessary rules and regulations.So the author puts forward the fol- lowing suggestions:recognize the importance of the emergency drpartment,to select manpower more strict- ly,to lay down rules and regulations and strengthen the leading,and coordinating by the function depart- ments in the hospital.
