摘要神经纤维瘤病是一种常见的常染色体显性遗传病,不但影响到中枢和外周神经系统,还涉及呼吸、循环、消化等各个重要系统。神经纤维瘤病患者术前要对各系统进行充分评估,以保证患者围术期的安全。现就神经纤维瘤病对各系统的影响和麻醉评估作一综述。
