两次病毒性肝炎诱发Ｅｖａｎｓ综合征一例章婉琴，张清波女性，３７岁。１９８６年６月因剖腹产术后行全子官切除术，术中输血２００ｍ１，９月２４日出现发热（３８．５℃）伴乏力、纳差、呕吐。２７日症状加重伴黄疽。实验室检查：ＡＬＴ９６０Ｕ，ＳＢ２０６μｍｏ１／...
