摘要
目的:研究高原地区正常人群TCD(经颅多普勒)异常频谱形态的特点。方法:应用TCD技术检测和分析高原不同年龄段正常人群脑动脉的频谱形态(n=432)。使用SPSS11.5统计软件进行χ2检验和Pearson相关分析。结果:峰时后延型异常频谱的发生率在前循环为27.31%,在后循环为43.51%,其差异在40~69岁间具有显著性(χ2=6.9438~14.6794,P=0.0001~0.0085),女性高于男性(χ2=7.3476~28.7575,P=0.0000~0.0067)。60岁以上人群出现高阻力型异常频谱,发生率为14.93%,男性高于女性(χ2=13.0663,P=0.0003)。异常频谱出现率与年龄(γs=0.6352~0.6786,P=0.0000)和搏动指数(γs=0.3126~0.3630,P=0.0000)呈正相关。结论:高原地区正常人群中,峰时后延型异常频谱主要见于女性和后循环,高阻力型异常频谱主要见于老年男性。
Oblectlve: To research the characteristics of TCD (Transcranlal Doppler) abnormal spectrum contour of normal person group on plateau. Methods: Detecting and anglicizing the TCD spectrum contour of cerebral arterial blood of normal person group on plateau by TCD (n = 432). Statistical processing: Using the Chl-sauare test and Pearson correlation analysis of SPSS11.5 software. Results: The Incidence of abnormal spectrum-peak-back-shift iS 27.31% In the anterior circulation and It is 43.51% in the Posterior circulation with Statistical difference In 40- 69years old group ( ^=6.9438-14.6784, P= 0.0001 - 0.0085) and higher In female than In male. ( χ^ = 7.3476- 28.7575, P=0.0000-0.0067). The incidence of abnormal spectrum-high-resistance Is 14.93% beyond 60 years old group and higher In male then In female (χ^2=13.0663, P=0.0003). The Incidence of anomaly spectrum is positive related to age ( γs=0.6352-0.6786,P=O.0000)and PI(γs=0.3126-0.3630,P=0.0000). Conclusion. In normal person group at high altltucle, the abnormal spectrum-peak-back-siift Is more common In female and the posterior circulation. The abnormal spectrumhigh-resistance is more common In old male.
