医学院成教学生学习动机的培养与激发

摘要 学生的学习动机是由其学习需要引起并指向一定学习目标的心理倾向和态度。所以,学习动机与学生个体的心理倾向和态度有着密切联系。成教学生学习动机差异大,所以培养和激发成教学生的学习动机具有重要的意义。只有培养和激发起成教学生的学习动机,才能使他们在学习中变被动为主动,变消极为积极。教师应帮助学生逐步树立明确的学习目的,形成积极主动学习的内驱力。 Students' study motive is the mental liability and attitude pointing to certain aim of study and caused by their need of study, Therefore, study motive is closely related to the individual mental liability and attitude. There are great differences in the study motive in adult students, So it is very important to train and inspire their study motive. Only when their study motive is trained and inspired can they become initiative and active in their study, Teachers should help students gradually building up definite study aim which will become the initiative drive to study actively.
