Rudyard Kipling is a typical colonial writer whose works, unfortunately, fail to historically reveal a true and colonized India. The imperial discourses out of his imperial feelings made him arrogantly describe the scenes, things, and people found in the British India, highlighting a stylish Oriental perspective. This article attempts to analyze what Kipling wrote about India and decipher the colonialist complex embodied by his narrations.
