摘要 目的探讨饥饿后机体核黄素营养状况的变化。方法成年大鼠禁食9天后,采用NADPH法测定全血谷胱甘肽还原酶活性系数(BGRAC),DTNB显色法测定红细胞还原性谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量,高效液相色谱法测定全血核黄素浓度,FRAP法和TBA比色法测定血清抗氧化力和丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果与对照组大鼠比较,饥饿组大鼠BGRAC升高(P<0.01),全血核黄素浓度下降(P<0.01),同时,血清抗氧化力和MDA含量也下降(P<0.01), 红细胞GSH含量无显著变化(P>0.05)。结论饥饿后机体的核黄素营养状况显著下降,但是,由此对红细胞GSH 含量造成的影响却不是十分明显。 Objective To investigate the changes of riboflavin status after starvation. Methods Fifteen adult rats were fasted for 9 days. Blood glutathione reductase activity coefficient (BGRAC) was assayed by NADPH method. Blood riboflavin content was determined by HPLC. Serum antioxidant capacity and MDA content were measured by FRAP assay and TBA reaction, respectively. The erythrocyte GSH content was analyzed colorimetrically. Another 15 adult rats fed with normal diets were used as control. Results Compared wtih the control, BGRAC increased (P 〈 0.01) and blood riboflavin content decreased (P 〈 0.01) in the starved rats. Serum antioxidant capacity and MDA content were decreased significantly (P 〈 0.01). However, the erythrocyte GSH content did not change significantly (P 〉 0.05). Conclusions Starvation can induce a remarked decrease of riboflavin status. However, it has no obvious effect on the erythrocyte GSH content.
