混业经营趋势下的金融监管协调机制

合理的金融监管协调机制是实现监管资源有效配置和提高金融监管效率的基础,也是保证金融体系安全与稳定的重要环节。本文对美国、英国、德国等不同金融监管模式下的监管协调机制进行了分析,并探讨了我国监管协调合作方面存在的主要问题,在此基础上提出了建立我国高效运作的金融监管协调机制的政策建议。

Reasonable financial regulation coordination mechanism is foundation of realizing regulation resources efficient distribution and improving financial regulation efficiency and is also critical to assure security and stabilization of financial system. Based on analyzing different country regulation system and studying of our country existing problem in regulation coordination field, this paper make some proposal about how to set up a efficient regulation coordination system in chin.
