政府扶持体系与中小企业融资问题

中小企业融资问题一直是制约中小企业发展的瓶颈。由于中小企业融资市场失灵,因此必须由政府对中小企业进行扶持。政府扶持体系主要由管理体系、信用担保体系、财政支持体系和金融支持体系构成。目前我国政府扶持体系存在着管理混乱、效率低下等问题,还需要进一步完善。

Financing problem is the biggest obstacle to SMEs all over the world. Because of the market failure in SMEs financing, SMEs requires government＇ s support. The government＇ s support system includes management,credit guarantee and finance support. Nowadays, our government have performed some government support projects, but the result is not very effective. It still needs a big improvement.
