千头菊组织离体培养及快繁技术的研究

摘要 以MS作为基本培养基,离体培养千头菊带腋芽茎段。结果表明:6-BA和NAA分别为1.0mg/L和0.1mg/L的组合时丛生芽的诱导效率最高,诱导频率可达100%,6-BA诱导丛生芽的效果明显优于KT和ZT。组培苗在大量元素减半并附加0.4mg/L NAA和0.2%活性炭的1/2MS培养基上诱导生根最为适宜,生根率达100%。 Stem segments of Chrysanthemum morifolium with axillary bud were cultured in vitro on base MS medium.The results showed that the efficiency of bud induction is the highest and may reach 100% on the medium with the combination of 6-BA1.0mg·L^(-1) and NAA 0.1mg·L^(-1).The effect of inducting rosette buds on the medium with 6-BA is obviously better than with KT and ZT.The medium with half amount of major elements and 0.4mg·L^(-1) NAA and 0.2% activated carbon is the most appropriate for inducting test-tube plantlet to produce roots and its efficiency may reach 100%.
